Wendy holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and a Masters in Counseling. She has nearly 20 years experience working in the criminal justice system, 8 of those years as a manager. During this time, she managed the merger of two organizations. Her experience includes the reorganization of positions and personnel, budgeting, and building strong, independent teams. She successfully developed and implemented new concepts to produce work more efficiently, including the development of mobile offices. For her work, Wendy was awarded the 2009 Administrative Office Director’s Award for Excellence in Court Operations, Washington D.C.. As an expert in conceptualizing, strategically planning and implementing new programs, Wendy has been invited to coach and mentor others around the country to support and assist in the successful implementation of organizational changes.
